Early Bird Conference Payment Policy

In order to receive the Early Bird Registration rate, payment must be received by Friday 26th May 2017. If payment is not received by this deadline, attendees will be re-invoiced at the standard registration rate.

Payment Options

You may pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or direct deposit. Credit card payments are processed via our secure gateway. Your credit card statement will show the charge from “Conference Online Pty Ltd”.
Direct Deposit payment instructions will be included in your booking confirmation.
A confirmation email and tax invoice will be emailed to you upon completion.

Registration Changes and Cancellations

At the time of registration you will be asked to create a password. Once you have completed your registration, a confirmation will automatically be emailed to you.
Using the link provided in the confirmation email and by entering your Booking Number and Password you may amend or cancel your booking.
Cancellations must be advised in writing by 30th June 2017, 25% administration fee will be charged.
Refunds will not be given for cancellations after 30th June 2017. Notification of replacement delegates will be accepted at any time free of charge.

Insurance

Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. The organising committee accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.
